01 — Inquiry & NDA
Send a brief or a target price. An engineer — not a sales bot — replies with feasibility and a cost band within 48 hours.
02 — Samples
Stock samples ship in 3 days; engineering samples in 10. Sample fees are credited back against your first order.
03 — Tooling & certification
Molds cut in-house while FCC, CE and Matter test cycles run in parallel — 45 to 60 days, tracked in a shared sheet.
04 — Pilot run
A 500-unit pilot validates yield, packaging and app pairing before any volume commitment. You sign off on a golden sample.
05 — Mass production
Six SMT lines with AOI at every stage. IQC on components, IPQC hourly on-line, OQC to AQL 0.65 before a single carton seals.
06 — Packing & shipping
Retail-ready cartons, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your warehouse. Inspection reports and certificates travel with every shipment.

The questions every sourcing team asks.
What is your minimum order quantity?
White-label orders start at 1,000 units per SKU and custom ODM projects at 5,000. Mixed-SKU containers are welcome — many partners combine sensors and plugs to fill a 20-foot container.
How much do samples cost, and how fast do they arrive?
Stock samples ship within 3 working days at unit price plus courier. Engineering samples for custom work take about 10 days. All sample fees are credited against your first production order.
What are typical lead times?
Repeat orders ship in 30 days. First orders with new artwork run 35–45 days, and projects needing fresh certification 45–60 days. Your order tracker updates twice a week, in your time zone.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. We accept L/C at sight for orders above $50,000, and established partners can apply for open-account terms after four clean orders.
Which shipping terms can you quote?
EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CIF and DDP to most EU, UK, US and AU destinations. Use our freight partners or nominate your own forwarder — either way, inspection reports travel with the goods.
How is our IP protected?
NDAs are signed before any files change hands. Tooling you pay for belongs to you and leaves with you if you ever move. Custom designs are never cross-sold to another customer — it is in the contract.
What warranty do you offer?
24 months against manufacturing defects, with an RMA rate that has stayed under 0.8% for three years. Spare parts and firmware support are guaranteed for five years after the last shipment.
